In recent years,with the rapid growth of electronic equipment technology,telecom enterprises pay more and more attention to staff training.But due to some of the new equipment are expensive,and not every employee have opportunities for direct manipulation on the device,which leads staff training to more difficult,so this gave birth to the virtual practice system.Virtual practice system is a software system for the rapid generation and Simulation of virtual courses.The learners can carry out the operation of the simulation equipment in the system.However,as the lack of contact between teachers and students in teaching,and teaching and learning are isolated from each other,resulting in how to optimize students'learning experience,teaching service system and curriculum resources and other problems having not been solved.In view of the teaching problems existing in the virtual practice system,we combine with the learning analytics rapidly developed in recent years,and explore a suitable learning of virtual practice system analysis method,provide the reliable basis for the optimization of the system of teaching and curriculum resources.Main research contents and results:(1)On the basis of the understanding of the theory of finite state automata,we use page tag technology track to study the operation of process data and information,so as to realize the virtual practice course data acquisition.(2)We combine with learning theoretical analysis model of process to construct the learning of virtual practice system analysis model,and clear the factors in the model,lay a theoretical foundation for virtual practice curriculum practice teaching.(3)Take the Router Configuration Experiment course as a case for practical application,we classify students' performance data of each learning module through cluster analysis method,and integrate with student's personal information and the learning results data to get the learning characteristics of students,thus contributing to the implementation of the hierarchical teaching.In addition,we analyze the related data of students' simulation operation by means of descriptive statistics to get the analysis of the experiment content,which can effectively reflect the problems existing in the curriculum.Finally,teachers can according to the results of the analysis to optimize the curriculum content.Through a series of experiments we prove that the learning analytic method does improve the learning effect of students,and it provides reliable basis for optimization of the virtual practice curriculum.Through the study of relevant data collection and analysis,teacher can discover the problems encountered by the students in the experimental process,which finally realizes the target of teaching optimization.
