Research On The Employment Psychological Problems Of Rural Students In Higher Vocational Colleges And Countermeasures

With the continuous expansion of colleges,the number of college students has been increasing year by year,and the number of higher vocational colleges also increases rapidly under the guidance of the policy that our country develops higher vocational education,of which rural students are more than 50%.However,the economic growth slows in recent years so that college students are facing the severer employment situation.Rural students in higher vocational colleges find jobs more difficultly and have easily many employment psychological problems because of the restriction of many factors.If the society,colleges and their families do not pay attention to and guide rural students in higher vocational colleges as a large and special group,their various employment psychological problems will possibly become serious social problems.Therefore,it is necessary and valuable that the article focuses on the employment psychological problems of rural students in higher vocational colleges,tries to understand their employment psychology,find their employment psychological problems and the reasons,and explore the countermeasures to eliminate their unhealthy employment psychology.It not only benefits healthy growth and successful employment of rural students in higher vocational colleges,but also contributes to promoting the healthy development of higher vocational education.This paper takes junior students from Chongqing Youth Vocational and Technical College as the research object by the way of questionnaire survey and individual interview,analyzes the survey and interview results,realizes the employment psychology of rural students in higher vocational colleges from employment cognition,preparation,attitude,motivation,expectation and other aspects,analyzes unhealthy employment psychology of rural students comparing the employment psychology of urban students in higher vocational colleges.The research shows that parts of rural students in higher vocational colleges are able to recognize current severe employment situation,agree with finding a job first,then choosing a good job,obtain actively employment information in a variety of ways,and make preparations for finding a job,but many of them still have such unhealthy employment psychology as anxiety,inferiority,pessimism,dissatisfaction and high employment expectation and so on.According to a large amount of references,the paper analyzes the reason that rural students in higher vocational colleges have unhealthy employment psychology from the society,colleges,families and students themselves,and suggest that the government should create more employment opportunities,set up network platform about employment information,perfect social security system and promote the construction of new countryside,higher vocational colleges should set up reasonably majors and courses,strengthen employment guidance and psychological health education,carry out further cooperation between colleges and enterprises,parents should lower their employment expectation for children,pay attention to children’s psychological problems and create the favorable family atmosphere,rural students in higher vocational colleges should develop reasonable employment view,make great efforts to improve their comprehensive quality,ability and psychological quality.Rural students in higher vocational colleges will be leaded and helped to own active and healthy employment psychology through the integration of four aspects mentioned above.
