Research On Psychological Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students In Private Vocational Colleges

As a specific group of College students,the psychological development of private vocational college students is not mature.As the last source of college entrance examination enrollment,they are also facing the biased understanding of private vocational colleges by the society.In addition to the severe employment competition,their psychological development is facing many pressures,and the psychological problems are more obvious than those of other college students.This not only seriously affects the physical and mental health of private vocational college students,but also affects their future career development and growth.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to their mental health,solve their existing psychological problems,and put forward targeted solutions according to the group characteristics of private vocational college students,in order to promote the healthy psychological development of private vocational college students and enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.In this paper,through a questionnaire survey and interviews in a private vocational college in Western Liaoning,combined with relevant literature,the psychological problems of private vocational college students are studied.The introduction part mainly elaborates the basis,significance,research summary at home and abroad,research methods and innovations of the thesis.On the basis of combing the related concepts,the overview summarizes the characteristics of private vocational college students,and discusses the importance of solving the psychological problems of private vocational college students and the theoretical basis of the topic.Through questionnaires,this paper analyses the psychological problems of college students in Private Higher Vocational Colleges in terms of study,employment,interpersonal communication and economic poverty.From four aspects,the mental health education of private higher vocational colleges lags behind the actual needs of College students,the negative impact of social environment on College students,the neglect of psychological cultivation of college students in family environment,and the immature psychological development of college students themselves.The reasons are analyzed.Based on this,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from four aspects: strengthening the mental health education of private vocational college students,realizing the effective integration of mental health education and ideological and political education of College students,exerting social efforts to solve the psychological problems of private vocational college students,strengthening self-awareness and self-education,in order to promote the effective solution of the psychological problems of private vocational college students.Definitely.Based on the characteristics of private vocational college students and the characteristics of private vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the psychological problems of private vocational college students.Through the effective integration of College Students' mental health education and ideological and political education,as well as strengthening college students' individual self-awareness and self-education,this paper breaks through the way of strengthening college students' mental health education.Solving their psychological problems from a single point of view,through the synergy of various factors,to solve the psychological problems of Private Higher Vocational College students.
