Study On Psychological Health Problems And Countermeasures In Higher Vocational Colleges

Counselors are often called ideological and political education educator, his sacred tomanagement education, service education, teaching and educating collection in a body. Theschool’s stability and harmony, the students’ qualities, the outlook on life, values and ability toadapt to society, and the work of instructors, is closely related to overall quality of instructors,in various elements of the overall quality of instructors, psychological quality is the core part,ring which restrict the development of other elements to a certain extent, affect themanagement of students results. This requires the instructor should not only accumulateexperience in the work, enhance the level of business, but also to maintain their psychologicalhealth.Recently, the expansion of vocational colleges, student quality uneven, society for talentrequirements increase, more and more prominent counselor. The ability to work of counselorsin higher vocational colleges are increasingly high requirements, which to some extent to theinstructor has caused a heavy psychological burden, and make their psychological healthappear a series of problems. When the mental state can not be timely adjustment of counselors,psychological crisis cannot be ruled out in a timely manner, it may because there’s no tellingconsequences, it will not only reduce the enthusiasm of instructors’ goals and self improvingtraining level, and even make the self control ability to drop, behavior deviation. Thereforepay attention to their mental health level is very necessary.In this study, a random sample of4Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei Province,counselors, through the SCL-90table, job stressors scale, coping style scale to examine thecollege counselor psychological health level, work stress, coping styles questionnaire survey,a total of200copies of valid questionnaires, recycling192copies, according to the result offound:(1) The overall level of mental health counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges ofHebei province is better than the national norm. In interpersonal relationships, physicalquality and the level of depression were significantly better than the national norm. (2) The Hebei vocational college counselors work pressure mainly concentrated in thework load and work experience, and interpersonal aspects of pressure is not. Look on thewhole counselors work pressure is not too serious, various pressure dimensions showedsignificant difference in the demographic variables.(3) Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hebei province to take positive copingstyle most reasonable way, immature coping style probability using negative coping style, not;there are significant differences in gender, age variable.(4) Job security, teaching support, interpersonal relationship and work load pressure is apredictor of self blame, fantasy, retreat coping styles.(5) Job security, interpersonal relationship and work load pressure is a predictor ofmental health; self blame and fantasy coping style health is a predictor of individualpsychology. This provides reference basis for improving the mental health level of the collegecounselor; on the one hand, the school must pay attention to the work of counselors security,according to the work of counselors, arrange the work content rationally, it alleviates theproblem of counselors work load, pressure of Higher Vocational education. Create a loose andcomfortable environment for counselors, can develop better interpersonal relationship. Inorder to improve the vocational college counselors’ work, should always pay attention tocounselors in life and psychological needs. On the other hand, the college counselor toimprove their psychological endurance, take positive and mature coping style, and to enhancetheir ability to withstand pressure through self adjustment.Finally, according to the situation of the college counselor psychological quality, to meetthe need of development of counselors, and put forward a set of countermeasures from theaspects of economy, politics and spirit. This paper describes the cause of counselors’ mentalhealth in Higher Vocational Colleges, of Hebei province produced and analyzed, and putsforward a set of targeted strategies, and promote the development of students’ managementteam in Vocational Colleges in China, and to promote the ideological and political educationwork.
