A new round of basic education curriculum reform,the history of the beginning of the classroom teaching ability of novice teachers put forward higher requirements.It will be more effective to achieve the goal of teaching history in middle school to develop the professional space of teachers,deepen the self-identity of teachers' role and strengthen the responsibility of historical inheritance.The history of beginning teachers' teaching ability deeply influence the effect of classroom teaching,improve the middle school history teachers classroom teaching ability to improve the level of teaching history,the history of professional teachers to improve professional ability,enhance classroom cognition and historical and cultural identity and shaping the global discourse environment "Chinese" consciousness,plays a key role.Teaching in the first few years,from the student to the role of teachers,teachers in theory and practice in the stage,but also to experience professional responsibility,the role of an important role in the perception of the stage.The behavior and cognition of this stage will have an important influence on Teachers' career.For the novice teachers,a professional literacy and classroom skills lacking,on the other hand feel from schools,parents and students work in the psychological pressure,and teachers in the classroom teaching behaviors are more inefficient and unreasonable science.From the middle school history teachers of the specific role of attention,through the questionnaire,understand the history of beginning teachers' teaching ability is a common problem,analyzed the history teachers of the causes of the problems,and puts forward some effective strategies to improve the benefit of beginning history teachers classroom teaching.This paper studies the following key issues.Firstly,the current situation and problems of middle school history teachers in classroom teaching ability.The history teacher lacks the corresponding classroom teaching skill in the beginning period,the teaching behavior is invalid,the classroom control ability is low,the teacher research ability is weak.Secondly,it analyzes the reasons for the problems of middle school history teachers.With less pre education beginning history teachers and classroom practice,beginning stage occupation role conversion complex,history of professional knowledge and educational theory such as lack of reasons for beginning history teachers' classroom teaching ability level is not high.Again,beginning teachers in knowledge literacy should also re adjustment of the reserves,including the use of professional knowledge,teachers' practical knowledge theory and re accumulation of teacher occupation sensitive re training.Then,the paper studies the relationship between the beginning teachers of middle school and the development of the role professional space in improving the ability of classroom teaching.A new understanding of the history of "classroom teaching" and the change of teaching practice ability from "practice" to "actual combat" are all related to the role adaptation of novice teachers.Finally,from the two aspects of subjective motivation and objective factors to explore ways to improve the teaching ability of middle school history teachers.
