With the implementation of re-new curricula reformation of elementary education ,a higher professional standing has brought forwards high teachers of history. The degree and level of specialization always plays an especially important role towards the reformation. The professional development of high teachers of history also attaches much more importanc to improve the teaching quality.The period of begging teacher is a very key stage during the development of teacher's profession. What usually has a great effect on the whole career of teaching whether a begging teacher can transformate his role sucessfully or not. Statistical results from inquisition indicates that there are much more problems and difficulties, including lacking of motivation of professional development, running short of career development consciousness, scarcity of professional knowledge etc.Problems and difficulties have being attacked the stability of the staff of history and do harm to their professional development What's more, beginning teachers of history today will be backbone teachers tomorrow. It is very significant and interesting for us to solve problems of beginning teachers and help them rapidly turn into proficient teachers. The thesis collects plights beginning teachers face on the base of inquisition, analyse reasons and further put forwards some effective and practical tactics. The thesis has four sections.The first section introduces the overview of the thesis such as the cause of research, significance, review on available achivements, study technology, innavation compared with others and defining some basic concept.Topic of the second section discusses the beginning stage which is the key stage during the whole teaching career. According to background of neo-curricula reformation, the party concentrates on the analysis of professional development's importance of history teachers on the basis of professional development theory.The third section analyses questions and causes of beginning teachers during the beginning stage in terms of statistical results from inquisition.The final section has put forwards a list of effecitve suggestions for the professional development of history beginning teachers.
