With the implementation of re-new curricula reformation of elementary education ,a higher professional standing has brought forwards high teachers of history. The degree and level of specialization always plays an especially important role towards the reformation. The professional development of high teachers of history also attaches much more importanc to improve the teaching quality.The period of begging teacher is a very key stage during the development of teacher's profession. What usually has a great effect on the whole career of teaching whether a begging teacher can transformate his role sucessfully or not. Statistical results from inquisition indicates that there are much more problems and difficulties, including lacking of motivation of professional development, running short of career development consciousness, scarcity of professional knowledge etc.Problems and difficulties have being attacked the stability of the staff of history and do harm to their professional development What's more, beginning teachers of history today will be backbone teachers tomorrow.
