With the development of the basic education curriculum reform,enhancing the "teacher ability" has become the core concerns of education development.The improvement of teachers' monitoring ability of teaching is of great importance for teachers to improve ability.At the same time,due to the lack of theoretical and practical aspects for beginning teachers,how to effectively improve beginning teachers' ability is the major concerns for education scholars,teaching monitoring is also the focus.In view of this,this study takes the beginning teachers in middle school as the research object,exploring the middle school beginning teachers' monitoring ability of teaching through the systematic theoretical analysis and profound empirical research.This paper is divided into the following six parts.Part I: Introduction.This part mainly introduces the background,research questions,literature review,research purpose and function,research ideas and methods.With a view of detailed analysis,trying to elaborate the theoretical basis and basic logic of this study.Part ?: The theoretical research on the beginning teachers' monitoring ability of teaching in middle school.This part puts forward the theoretical basis of the self-decision theory,explains the origin and connotation of the theory of self-determination,and analyzes its guiding significance to the teaching ability of the beginning teachers.Based on this,under the guidance of the theory of self-determination and the guidance of modern education,this study divides the structure of the teaching ability of the beginning teachers with the view of combining practical teaching activities with the special characteristics of the beginning teachers.In this study,the teaching ability of the beginning teachers is divided into three categories.First of all,the designing monitoring ability of teaching,including the ability to monitor the teaching plan design and the ability of monitoring learning.Secondly,teaching in the implementation of teaching monitoring ability,including the ability to monitor the progress of teaching,teachers' teaching emotional monitoring ability,teaching atmosphere monitoring ability and teaching questions monitoring ability.Finally,teaching reflection and evaluation of monitoring ability after teaching,mainly including teaching reflection monitoring and teaching evaluation and monitoring capabilities.Part ?: Investigation on the current situation of beginning teachers' monitoring ability of teaching in middle schools.This part is based on the investigation research and analysis of 100 new teachers from three middle schools in T County,Jiuquan City,Gansu Province.The result shows that the teaching ability of middle school beginning teachers is generally in the middle level.The teaching design monitoring ability has the greatest influence on the teaching monitoring ability of the beginning teachers in middle school.The teaching monitoring ability of the teaching and learning ability has the second effect on the teaching monitoring ability of the beginning teachers in middle school,and the teaching and learning ability of the teachers' impact is minimal.There are significant differences in the ability of teaching and learning to monitor and evaluate the teaching and learning ability,and there are significant differences in the dimensions of teaching design and monitoring ability.Part ?: Exploring the influencing factors of teachers' teaching ability in middle school.Through the investigation and analysis,the influencing factors of the teaching ability of middle school teachers are as follows: teachers' own factors mainly include teaching motivation,individual cognitive structure,self-regulating ability and reflection and learning consciousness;student factors such as student learning attitude,student ability level and students classroom behavior;process factors such as instructional design,teaching resources;school factors such as class size,student placement,school teaching environment.Part ?:Putting forward the improving strategies of the teaching ability of beginning teachers in middle school.The aim of this study is to construct the "three in one" mechanism from three aspects: teachers themselves,school management and teaching education.First of all,from the teachers' aspect,they should correct teaching motives,enhance the educational beliefs,master the art of teaching and monitoring,highlight the wisdom of teaching,establish lifelong learning philosophy,and improve the self-knowledge structure.Secondly,from the school management aspect,they should rationally allocate teaching resources,improve the initial teachers to help the mechanism,optimize management thinking and strategy.Last,from the teacher education aspect,they need to enrich and improve the normal education curriculum,expand the curriculum frontier,pay attention to education practice,and enhance the ability of teachers to practice.Part ?: Conclusion.This part mainly summarizes the research on the beginning teachers' monitoring ability of teaching in middle school and points out the shortcomings of this research and the direction of further efforts.
