Rural preschool children are disadvantaged groups in the educated group who are difficultly to obtain high quality and rich material education resources,their are many aspects impede development,so it's particularly important for them to accept high-quality early education from excellent preschool teachers,the preschool teacher's professional identity,job satisfaction and job burnout level is an important factor to estimate an excellent preschool teacher.Therefore,it's significant to study the level and relationship for professional identity,job satisfaction and job burnout in rural preschool teachers.There are hardly any correlational research,so this study is innovative and constructive,this study use the "Preschool teacher's professional identity questionnaire","Preschool Teacher's job satisfaction questionnaire" and "Preschool teacher's job burnout questionnaire".Through the investigation and study of this paper draw the following conclusions:1.Through the "Preschool teacher's professional identity questionnaire" survey found that the current rural preschool teachers occupational identity in the middle level(M = 3.06).The age,education level,professional,labor relations,title,kindergarten grade and nature for preschool were significantly different(P <0.001 or P <0.01).2.Through the "Preschool teacher's job burnout questionnaire" survey found that the current rural preschool teachers job satisfaction level in general(M = 3.21).The age,education level,professional,labor relations,title,kindergarten grade and nature for preschool teachers have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of preschool teachers(P <0.001).3.Through the "Preschool teacher's job burnout questionnaire" survey found that the current rural preschool teachers occupational burnout level in general(M = 2.82).The age,education level,professional,labor relations,title and kindergarten grade of kindergarten teachers have a significant effect on preschool teachers' burnout(P<0.001,P <0.01 or P <0.05).The nature of kindergarten had no significant effect on occupational burnout(P> 0.05).4.There was a significant positive correlation between occupational identity and job satisfaction(r = 0.648,p <0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between job recognition and occupational burnout(r =-0.429,(R =-0.585,R2 =0.342,p <0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and job burnout(r =-0.585,R2 = 0.342,p <0.01).
