Primary school information technology is one of the more special disciplines in the entire primary school curriculum system.The discipline itself often fails to receive enough attention.Many phenomena also hinder the professional development speed of elementary school information technology teachers to a certain extent.Therefore,this study hopes to contribute to the development of elementary school information technology through the study of elementary school IT teachers' job burnout,job satisfaction and job burnout.In this study,300 primary school IT teachers in Shandong Province were selected as the subjects.The research tools used were the Teacher Identity Questionnaire,Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Teacher Job Burnout Questionnaire.Independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA,and correlation were used.Sex analysis and multiple regression analysis methods were used for statistical analysis.The author first describes the overall situation of professional identity,job satisfaction and job burnout of information technology teachers in elementary schools in Shandong Province using descriptive statistical analysis.It then discusses the occupational identity,job satisfaction and job burnout of primary school IT teachers.In the end,the relationship between job satisfaction and job burnout among primary school IT teachers was examined.The study found:(1)In terms of professional identity,the overall level of professional identity of elementary school information technology teachers in Shandong Province is relatively low;in terms of job satisfaction,the overall level of job satisfaction of elementary school information technology teachers in Shandong Province is also not satisfactory;in terms of job burnout,primary schools Information technology teachers' job burnout is more serious,and emotional exhaustion is more serious than other dimensions.Through interviews,the author found that the primary school information technology work itself has not received due attention,which is the main reason leading to the above results.Specifically:In terms of teaching age,the overall level of professional identity of IT teachers in primary schools is significantly different in terms of teaching age;the overall level of job satisfaction of elementary school IT teachers is also significantly different in terms of teaching age,and the level of job satisfaction is presented as the number of years of teaching increases.After reducing the trend of increase,the information technology teachers of different teaching ages have significant differences in terms of benefits,work environment and interpersonal relationships.In terms of academic qualifications,there is a significant difference in the overall level ofprofessional identity of elementary school information technology teachers with different educational backgrounds.The level of professional identity of teachers in the basic academic history is the lowest,and the level of professional identification for graduate students and above is the highest.There is a significant difference in job satisfaction among elementary school information technology teachers of different educational backgrounds.The job satisfaction of teachers in the performance-based science calendar is the lowest,and the job satisfaction of graduate students and above is the highest.In terms of professional titles,different professional titles have significant differences in the professional values of elementary school information technology teachers.With the increase in the rank of teachers' titles,their professional values show a general trend of decreasing first and then increasing.Different marital status is significant in two dimensions:occupational awareness and career expectation;unmarried and married primary school IT teachers are significant in the overall level of job satisfaction;unmarried primary school IT teachers on welfare,work environment,and interpersonal relationships Satisfaction is higher than that of married teachers.In terms of income level,there are significant differences in the degree of professional identity of teachers of elementary information technology teachers in different income levels.In terms of job burnout,information technology teachers in elementary schools with different ages and marital status have significant differences in terms of depersonalization;elementary school IT teachers with different genders,education,and titles have significant differences in their sense of accomplishment;graduate students and above The level of academic achievement is lower than that of undergraduates and undergraduate teachers.For the differences between different professional titles,the information technology teachers in elementary schools with the grade of secondary education have the most serious decline in their sense of accomplishment.Second,the information technology teachers in primary schools of higher education stunts have the slightest degree of decline in their sense of accomplishment.(2)By analyzing the correlation between professional identity and job satisfaction,the author finds that there is a significant positive correlation between professional identity and job satisfaction of elementary school information technology teachers,which means that the higher the level of professional identity of elementary school information technology teachers,The level of job satisfaction of teachers is also higher;through the analysis of the correlation between professional identity and job burnout,it is found that there is a significant negative correlation between professional identity and job burnout of teachers,which means that the higher the degree of professional identity,the occupation of teachers.The degree of burnout will be lower.By analyzing the correlation between job satisfaction and job burnout,it is found that there is asignificant negative correlation between job satisfaction and job burnout,and the dimensions of job satisfaction and the dimensions of job burnout.All have a strong statistical significance,meaning that the higher the job satisfaction,the lower the degree of job burnout of teachers.(3)Occupational identity is the mediator variable of job satisfaction affecting job burnout.Professional identity plays a role in the relationship between the three dimensions of welfare compensation,interpersonal relationship,and work itself and occupational burnout;occupational identity plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between leadership management and work environment and occupational burnout.
