conditions for training.This article through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,investigation and analysis into the cultivation conditions,to Changsha city sports college football referee process,and the existing problems,so as to provide suggestions and Countermeasures for future training football referees Changsha sports colleges.In this paper,I have to find the relevant literature,through the collected data collation and analysis,to understand the current situation of students in Colleges in China after the referee training,under the guidance of
