The aim of education is to teach students how to learn. Learn not only from teachers will be teaching students? Learning is a two-way, the students learn independently and take the initiative to explore, in which play a more important role. How can so that the students can learn their own initiative to explore? Teachers can inspire students through various means. The high school physics from the perspective of secondary education "incentive strategy" in study.This study made the following observations : First, students learn is more important than teaching school -- will be self-study, the initiative to explore, In order for students to participate in the study, it is necessary to encourage the use of strategies in the teaching process. Secondly, incentives should be based on a proven strategy basis of the theory. We should be teaching these theories guiding action; Third, the practice of teaching physical education in secondary schools, model can be used incentive strategy, vision incentive strategies and the results incentive strategy, participation incentive strategy disciplinary incentive strategy authorized incentive strategy, expectations incentive strategies. and the principle of incentives must grasp the opportunity and encouragement can get good results.The study focuses on the process of teaching and learning motivation in the student. and learning strategies to maintain the incentive to explore. no incentive for parents to the classroom teachers and to encourage teachers, and improve their ability to inspire. In future research will further add.
