With the development of the information technology,new media,digital technology and mobile communication technologies,new media have emerged,and rapid development.The new media is widely used in society because of its highly autonomous,broad participatory,interactive and multi-faceted interaction.It brings a new virtual lifestyle to the young people,and take much impact on teenager's value concept.On the one hand,young people increase the amount of knowledge,broaden their horizons,in the rich and colorful information in contact with multiple values;On the other hand,due to the complexity of the dissemination of new media content,the source of the uncontrollable information bring bad influence to their value judgments.The virtual world and the real world coexist,make impact on young people's value.Under the new media information globalization,the community,the family and the school should be how to deal with the youth values education,has become an important value of the subject.Based on the environment of new media,the theory make research on the countermeasure of young people's values education.Base on the paper of teenager's value education in and out of country,this paper makes a clear study on the issue.This paper uses the questionnaire survey method to explore that the situation of teenagers use new media and the influence of new media impact on teenager's value,the research choosed two middle schools in Hubei Province.In order to find out the reasons of the influence of new media on adolescent values.Then put forward the specific strategies.The research of this thesis is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper reviews the concept of adolescent values education in the new media environment at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts,defines the purpose of the research,clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of this study,and defines the ideas and methods of this study.The second part is theoretical research.This part of this article on the "new media","youth","values education content" and other core concepts were defined and detailed description.The new media referred to in this article is based on traditional information such as letters,newspapers,radio,television and other media,relying on digital multimedia technology,interactive transmission is characterized by the public to provide information to the emerging media.Adolescents are specifically secondary school students who are still enrolled in general basic education at school ages 11 to 18 years old.It is concluded that the education of justice values,patriotism education,life education,moral values education and aesthetic value education are the main contents of the current youth education.The third part is the empirical investigation.This part carries on the questionnaire survey on the influence of the new media on the young people 's values,and chooses a 2experimental middle school in Hubei province to carry on the sampling investigation in an anonymous form.The purpose of the questionnaire is to understand the awareness and use of young people about new media and the impact of new media on the learning,living and entertainment of young people.The results show that the new media has a certain impact on young people's learning,life and behavior,mainly as follows: the new media has become the main channel for young people to obtain information,enriching the young people's life,strengthening the young people's self-consciousness,and then accelerating the socialization of young people,But at the same time,in the long-term exposure to new media,adolescents in interpersonal barriers,the value of cognitive bias,and even lead to the emergence of moral anomie.Through the above analysis of the above phenomenon,the new media on the youth values ? there is a positive impact and negative impact.The positive effects are: the richness of new media information,the development of young people 's value cognition,accelerate the socialization of young people,help young people to establish social values,enrich the lives of young people,realize self-value,enhance adolescents' autonomy and establish individual values.Negative effects are manifested in the weakening of social capacity of adolescents,resulting in interpersonal indifference,poor information caused by adolescent values ? ? cognitive bias,improper public opinion orientation caused by adolescent value choice confused.The fourth part is the problem analysis.The analysis of the causes of the juvenile values in the new media environment.The part of the government,the new media itself,schools,young people from the perspective of analysis.The government is concerned about the new media supervision loopholes,the management mechanism is not perfect;the new media itself is worrying environment;young people's physical and mental development is not yet mature,the value of the ability to judge low;school education content empty,monotonous way compared with the new media,The lack of attractiveness,resulting in inefficient teaching effect.The fifth part is the countermeasures.Put forward the education strategy of youngpeople 's values in the new media environment.The education of adolescent values in the new media environment depends on the joint efforts of the government,new media,family,adolescents themselves and schools.Government should focus on the Internet environment for young people to provide legal protection,should improve the new media laws and regulations,strengthen effective management,build advanced culture,leading the development of new media culture.New media should consciously take up social responsibility for young people to create a healthy and harmonious new media environment,to strictly review the dissemination of content,enhance the cultural taste of new media,attention to cultural quality,improve the overall quality of new media practitioners.Families to improve the way of education,through the construction of equal parent-child relationship,to create a good educational atmosphere.Adolescents should strengthen self-cultivation,improve self-discipline,pay attention to self-reflection,timely correction of the wrong value orientation.Schools can use the new media platform to carry out education of values,strengthen the youth media literacy,change the concept of teachers,school education and new media education and other ways to combine the various ways to improve the effectiveness of youth education.The innovation of this research is to expand the new perspective of youth education research.At present,there are few studies on the education of juvenile values from the perspective of new media,and the system theory system is not formed.This study is a new perspective of youth education in the value of innovation,while giving young people to build a new platform for value education,to provide a new vision.This study combines the journalism and pedagogy theory,and makes an empirical study on the influence of the new media on the values of the young people,and puts forward the educational measures of value education in new media,enriching the theoretical basis and practical guidance.
