Mass Media On College Students’ Ideological And Political Education Influence And Countermeasure Research

With the advent of the era of new media, the rapid development of mass mediaespecially new media are all effecting and changing the students’ learning, living,communication and entertainment. It has brought unprecedented opportunities andchallenges to the ideological and political education of college students. Through theanalysis of positive and negative effects of the mass media on the ideological andpolitical education in the new media era, this paper put forward to accord with thecharacteristic of the times and the actual needs of the solutions, to expand the positiveeffect and restrain negative impact, to achieve the ideological and political educationfunction of the mass media the purpose and effect.In the age of new media, the use of the mass media especially new media on collegestudents were Marx’s ideological and political education in the field of ideologycontributes to better adhere to the Marx doctrine, foster correct world outlook, outlook onlife and values, so that they always moving in the right direction. At the same time,through the study of the new media environment of the college students’ Ideological andpolitical education related issues, it can constantly enrich and improve the theoreticalsystem of ideological and political education disciplines, innovate the methods ofeducation and establish the more systematic and scientific system of college ideologicaland political education in the new media environment. And it will strive for cultivatingmore college students with good morality and personal qualities for our country, thecause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is pushed ceaselessly go ahead.In this paper, by referring to the domestic and foreign existing related theories andliterature data, fusion of communication and the ideological and political educationtheory of knowledge, provides an overview of the mass media and the college students’Ideological and political education development course and achievements, repositioningof the relationship between the two, think that college students’ Ideological and politicaleducation is a kind of special information communication activity. And on this basis, thispaper dialectically and objectively discuss the positive and negative impact on the mass media to the ideological and political education of college students, thus using theimportant theory in Communication Studies as the guiding ideology and put forwardcountermeasures to actively respond to challenges.
