standard of rationality of teachers' power operation and finding an effective way to exert the positive effect of teacher power.Through the retrospective of the source of teacher power,analysis of the true representation of teacher power,and ultimately build the future development of teachers' power.Therefore,this study is based on a variety of research methods,such as comprehensive interview and observation method,combined with the relevant educational theory,taking A school in Jiangxi Province as the research object,conducted a semester of field research,taking middle school teachers as an
