As an important teaching method,story teaching is in line with the realistic pursuit of current elementary Chinese teaching reform.Story teaching emphasizes the student orientation.It is reasonable to using story by teachers which treated as guidance.Story teaching also contains the story scene which to be the medium in the teaching process.Story collection,selection,design,presentation and evaluation was the main part of story teaching process.Story teaching promotes the achievement of awesome interaction and Equal communication between teachers and students as well as between students and students.It is also promote achieving the teaching goals.On the basic of figuring out the meaning of story teaching,the study probes the features and application principles of story teaching and also summarizes three essential models of story teaching by using literature,observation and experiment and other main method.The basic modes are based on Language skills,structure and creation.And it is try to design and apply.It is found that story teaching has various important positive influence which including promoting teaching content design and Chinese attainment of teachers,Promoting the development of students and constructing harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
