In the city to speed up the process of today,a city to get the perfect development,there must be a complete city image design consciousness,city vision can strengthen the construction within the city,so the city image design is imperative.Yin Dingbang in the "Introduction" in the design of visual communication design,visual communication design is to design the message of Yin sadakuni [the use of visual symbols.An introduction to M design.Changsha: Hunan science and Technology Press,2004,page 8.15.On the other hand,logo design course borrow art in junior high school,and actively carry out the city visual symbol design curriculum design,not only can let the city get brand publicity,but also continue to shape the image of the city's image in the minds of the people.From the drawing class to the development and evolution of art,graphic and symbolic creation into the classroom,let the logo design the basic design ideas can be used,together with the students,strong comprehension and expression,the appreciation method and design method of the beginning of the current middle school students have a complete set of graphics course the basic method,logo design course,late homework can be extended in the classroom,although the design scope has some limitations,but the whole development course of early and late operation done smoothly.The research methods of this paper are: 1 literature research method.Through consulting books,academic journals and network resources,investigation in the domestic and foreign relevant information about the school logo design course and visual signs of the city design teaching,analyzed and summarized,obtaining the research trend.2 investigation and analysis.In this study,questionnaire,interview and on-the-spot investigation research method,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation according to the opening of the middle school students in Hainan Haikou area,current situation of logo design curriculum and teaching study of current middle school,found the problem and reason analysis.3 Comparative study.A comparative study of selected textbooks and teaching different versions of our case,summed up the outstanding teaching method and experience for the future development of China's Middle School of visual communication design of curriculum and provide valuable experience and enlightenment.Simple visual symbols of the city is the understanding of the concept of visual culture of students,often only stay at the level of historical and cultural nature,but often ignore the main body of cultural and visual culture itself.In the cognition of visual culture on the need to combine the subject of culture,the public is the feature of their emotional resonance and the history and culture of the visual part repeat itself is a single attribute,and culture is complex,both inheritance of visual culture reflected or cultural need to uphold the principles of innovation and the characteristics of history.One of the visual symbols are only visual culture form,while the most intuitive visual culture is a cultural form of visual symbols of a city as a city image,it can directly reflect the city's cultural background and historical meaning and influence.For example: Sanya city is the symbol of a riot of colours in color use,because the meaning of "beautiful Sanya" into which,through the color itself can most directly reflect the side of Sanya city the most emotional and rational.The appearance of urban visual symbols to a certain extent to solve the people of the city's strange feeling,more importantly,it is clear that the city's visual culture development direction.In addition,in the practice of art teaching in junior high school to expand the application,increase the pride of Haikou city in the hearts of students,strengthen the role of local culture to students.In the junior middle school teaching,but also to make life and values to the visualization of students in the world,combining visual symbols and symbol of city design course,is to make the image of the city's most persuasive,in the form of performance is the most intuitive,can let the city visual symbols presented in art class.Let the students in the city of Haikou on the basis of cognition can have a "name card",our city is of great significance on behalf of the image of the city.This paper argues that the city visual symbol design into the junior middle school teaching is the effective teaching behavior,have very important significance for improving students' innovation ability,design ability and practical ability of the art class.
