University Student Good Faith Question And Modern Private Junior High School In Haikou City

Private education has a long history in China.Since the reform and opening up,due to the influence of the planned economic system,the development speed of public schools is faster than that of private junior middle schools.Since the 1990 s,the national policy has changed significantly,encouraging the development of private education.After a long period of development,private education has made great progress on the whole,but there are still many problems that deserve further study.The author is a primary middle school teacher.In the three years of teaching practice,he found many interesting problems,which directly affect the teaching management process.Out of the need of teaching practice,the author makes corresponding thinking.The problem of private education is a systematic problem,which needs a large number of teaching staff in the front line to carry out research,in order to obtain meaningful research results.Therefore,the author takes the development of private junior middle school education in Haikou city as the research object,sorts out the situation of private education in Haikou city,finds out problems and thinks about research countermeasures.This article mainly uses the literature method,the interview method and so on.Through consulting a large number of literatures and understanding the relevant research status,the content and significance of this study were clarified.Firstly,by understanding the status quo and problems of private junior middle school education in Haikou city,this paper puts forward feasible strategies to promote the development of private junior middle school education.Secondly,through interviews with teachers and parents of private junior middle schools in Haikou,the following problems are found in private junior middle school education.There are some problems such as imperfect rules and regulations of private education,irregular internal management of schools,unreasonable student management and unstable faculty.Third,the private junior high school existence question reason analysis.From the low quality of students to analyze,mainly including private junior high school enrollment policy,private junior high school profitability policy and other factors;From the perspective of school managers,the influence of senior managers with decision-making ability and middle and low level managers engaged in daily teaching management on schoolmanagement is analyzed.From the analysis of the problems of private teachers,the main realization is that the talent introduction of teachers is not strict,the follow-up training of old teachers is not in place,there is no implementation of feelings to retain people,career to retain people;The system of teacher motivation and evaluation is not perfect,which affects the enthusiasm of teachers and the construction of school culture.At last,the author makes a survey of the surrounding areas of private junior middle schools and proposes specific countermeasures for the development of private junior middle schools.First,the state should improve the construction of relevant laws and regulations on private education.Second,Hainan and Haikou governments should give more support to private junior middle school education.Third,put good students in the mouth,and constantly improve the quality of students.Fourthly,we should strengthen the construction of teachers and constantly improve their teaching management level.Fifth,strengthen the comprehensive training of the management team and improve the management level of the management team.Sixth,fully arouses the teacher in charge to work the enthusiasm,enhances the student management efficiency.Seventh,the Haikou government policy support strength insufficient reason.Eighth,take multiple measures to gradually reduce students' pressure to enter higher education.Ninth,increase revenue and reduce expenditure,and constantly strengthen the funds management of private junior middle schools.Tenth,interact with parents more,improve the supervision and support of parents.The conclusion part,on the basis of summarizing the whole paper,points out the shortcomings of the paper,and prospects the problems that need further research in the future.
