Research On The Modern Education Policy Of Compulsory Education In Hainan Province

To explore the modern school system in the period of compulsory education,is the necessary approaches for education innovation,especially the education system innovation,and the requirements to improve the education resources utilization and running an school more effectively.Because of the complexity of the construction of political civilization,and the huge diversity of regions and schools in China and other reasons,makes the construction of modern school system is relatively backward,especially the underdeveloped education areas,such as Hainan province.To set the modern school system as the research object,and discuss this topic based on three parts,such as schools governments,Communities and families and found out the problem between those parts and give some useful suggestions.This paper including four parts:At the introductions parts,I analyzed the background of this topic.At the chapter one,I explained the background,meaningful,progress of modern school system and makes it's target clear.At the chapter two,how the modern school system grow up in Hainan province is the main core,for example,the implement of headmaster-in-charge system,the construction of school constitution.As for the chapter three,to analyses the existing problems of modern school system on the side of government,school,community and family and to give the suggestions in chapter four,such as how to transfer the relationship between government and schools,to strengthen the enforcement based on the school constitution,and standardize the school internal management system.to set up on the basic self-organizing system in school,and to encourage different group to participate the construction of school.
