In 2013,the Ministry of Education issued On the students research pilot work trip letter.Hebei Province is the first batch of pilot provinces over the same period.The Education Department of Hebei province also issued a Notice on carrying out the pilot work of primary and middle school students about a journey of learning and research.S primary school is located in Qinhuangdao.Shanhaiguan is famous for "The First Pass under Heaven",which is only 15 km away from Qinhuangdao.The east section of Shanhaiguan that dips into Bohai Sea is called Laolongtou,which is the east start of the Great Wall.Laolongtou is located in Shanhaiguan.The Ministry of Education stipulate that the local nostalgia should be the important part of a journey of learning and research in primary school.The fifth grade and the sixth grade students in the S primary school carried out more than one year of "the Great Wall culture" about comprehensive practical activity course for a journey of learning and research.The interviews and questionnaires of teachers and students in this study are maily about the "the Great Wall culture" comprehensive practical activity course of a journey of learning and research.Questionnaire and interview content are mainly from the theme of the "the Great Wall" culture about comprehensive practical activity course of journey of learning and research,course organization and course implementation process,course evaluation system,course summary and reflection,the introduce of teachers team in the following aspects such as survey and the survey data shows some unique features and the existing problems.Then this study puts forward some improvement suggestions.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the "the Great Wall culture" on comprehensive practical activity course of a journey of learning and research to further improve the quality and level of this course,as well as provide a reference for other schools to carry out related comprehensive practical activity course of a journey of learning and research.
