The high school stage is an important period when the students' view of world,view of life and values gradually form a certain trend.During this period,they have gradually strengthened their independence consciousness,but they are not mature enough.As a reserve force of outstanding talents and the cause of the socialist construction of the reserve army,their psychological quality is essential for the future life,so we must pay attention on their humanistic care and psychological counseling.Humanistic care is the important content of ideological and political education,so the integration of humanistic care into ideological and political teaching,to strengthen the students' humane care and psychological counseling through ideological and political teaching,is the inevitable requirement and the development trend of modern education in the ideological and political teaching of high school.The so-called humanistic care,for short,is to respect people,understand people,care for people,love people.Humanistic care is more a practical action than an ethical virtue.Putting the humanistic care into the teaching practice,reflects the affirmation of the student's status,the recognition of the value of their own and the true love and care for them.The integration of the concept of humanistic care into the ideological and political teaching of high school,can improve the actual effect of ideological and political teaching.making the students be excellent.From the perspective of the current implementation of humanistic care in ideological and political teaching in high school.However,according to the author's observation in the daily work and the questionnaire of students who have been taught in their own schools,we find that the penetration of humanistic care in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high school is not enough,mainly displays in: The teachers lacking of the awareness of humanistic care,the school lacking of professional humanistic quality,The ways and means of teaching can't fit the education.So,it ‘s very important that the school and teachers cooperate to integrate humanistic care into the ideological and political teaching in the high school.According to the connotation of humanistic care and the insufficient of the implementation of humanistic care in the high school,the implementation of humanistic care in high school ideological and political teaching should adhere to the principle of people-oriented,the principle of equality,the principle of difference and the principle of life.The implementation of humanistic care mainly respects the student's dominant position,emphasizes the comprehensive development of students,respects the reasonable needs of students,and focuses on students' real life.In order to integrate humanistic care into ideological and political teaching better in high school,first of all,it is necessary to start from the political teachers themselves: set up the correct concept of humanistic care,enhance the knowledge structure of humanistic care,enhance the personality charm of teachers,make health relationship with the students.Secondly,it is necessary to create a humanistic teaching situation,because the teaching method is the direct carrier to integrate humanistic care in the ideological and political teaching : reform the traditional teaching model,enrich the content of humanistic care in teaching,set the human context,stimulate emotions,People-oriented teaching evaluation mechanism;again,put the concept of humanistic care into the whole campus environment: to strengthen the humanistic spirit of campus,and carry out human practice more actively,improve the school management system,set up a psychological counseling system to strengthen the emotional care and psychological counseling of students.
