The Application Of Project Management In The International Cooperation And Exchange Of Higher Education

In recent 10 years,with the rapid development of the globalization and informatization,it has dramatic changes in the field of international cooperation and exchange at all levels in China,especially in colleges and universities.Whatever it is a public university or a private university,international cooperation and exchange has become a big attraction for many middle high school students who want to enter into colleges and universities.And colleges and universities have expanded their visions and thoughts,no longer restricted to their cooperation between domestic colleges and universities and foreign colleges and universities,or restricted to the differences between public colleges and universities and private colleges and universities.In a sense,international cooperation and exchange in colleges and universities change their status and integrate entrepreneurial cooperation and management,therefore,it lays a good foundation for the development,offers the source of cooperation.Its various cooperation modes have gradually formed multi-level complex and diverse modes.Since the programs with different cooperation modes have different obvious characteristics,in today's global world,it has very meaningful significance in the management of the programs of international cooperation and exchange in colleges and universities.In the paper,by combining theory with practice,based on the literature analysis,mainly using questionnaire investigation event,comparative study and interview method,the author takes X University School of Software as the sample to study the international cooperation and exchange.The paper mainly includes the following three parts except the introduction and summary:Firstly,it introduces the related basic theories and methodologies,mainly including statistical sampling,Gantt chart,incentive theory and project communication template.Secondly,it analyzes the implementation situation of the International Cooperation and Exchange in the School of Software in China.In this paper,the author studies the current situation of implementation on Chinese national demonstrative school of software,Provincial School of software and X University School of Software by collecting data and internal investigation,then,the author analyzes the problems existed in the international cooperation and exchange projects in the X University School of Software.Finally,aiming at the above problems,the author puts forward some relative Countermeasures and Suggestions.The author analyzes the issue from the views of higher education,students and cooperative universities and colleges,and puts forward four suggestions: Firstly,to adopt multi-faceted publicity strategy;secondly,to take incentive and other policies;thirdly,to establish quality control mechanism;fourthly,to implement quality inspection and quality improvement;fifthly,to propose some suggestions for project communication.
