In the era of rapid growth in information,traditional retrieval has been difficult to meet the needs of users because of its technical defects and a mass of information.The internal reason of this problem is the lack of an effective communication mechanis m between humanity and machine,which led by the complexity of human natural language.The machine cannot “understand” the needs expressed by users,so it cannot provides an accurate results.By using a semantic way to organize the information resources from the internet,it means that we add some “semantics” to the resources.Not only reorganized the disordered information resources in the internet,but also the machine can really “understand” the needs of users through the “semantics”,so as to achieve an efficiency improvement of the retrieval.The construction of China's network education resources has been spared no effort and fruitful in recent years which still has many problems such as: the duplication of education resources and a lot of redundancy,etc.So the retrieval of education resources in China cannot be efficient and accurate.In order to solve those problems,the paper try to reorganize to education resources through semantics technology,the semantic organization of the whole resource library has been discussed in detail,and deeply analyzed the advantage of the organization.The paper chooses the curriculum of informatics from School of Management in Nanchang University as a research field,constructed a prototype ontology model of network education resources by using an ontology method from the perspective of software engineering,and propose a semantic model of network education resources based on that ontology prototype which can meet the retrieval needs of users.Finally,the basic function of the semantic model has been realized and tested.The test results are good,that means the performance and quality of retrieval can be improved through the semantic organization.
