With the development of the economy,the people's material life has been greatly improved,so they are increasingly strong demand for quality education resources,hope that their children can "learn" to the elite to study,to accept high quality Education to have a better future.Led by Hangzhou,the country has carried out a group of schools to speed up the basic education balanced,high-quality process,and strive to crack the"good learning" difficult problem.This paper takes Zhejiang P Experimental Primary Education Group as the research object,uses the method of case study,through observing and in-depth interviews,to understand the background,formation process and the practical effect of group management,and use the conflict sharing theory to analyze the group Stakeholders in the course of running.some of the problems,through rational thinking to put forward the corresponding recommendations to promote the Group to better development.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the study of the design,the case study method to do a detailed introduction;the second chapter of the study of the study,the study of the case,the study of the core of the study,the purpose and significance of the study,domestic and foreign literature made a discussion;This paper analyzes the background of group education,the composition of group members and the development of case education.The third chapter analyzes the background of the case education group,the composition of group members and the development of case education.Chapter 5 analyzes the effectiveness of the case education group in the practice process of the case study.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems in the running problem from the different perspectives of the stakeholders using the conflict sharing theory.The whole process of the development of the case education group,through the rational thinking put forward the corresponding recommendations,and strive to be able to group the healthy development' of the school play a role.Through the attention and research of the group,it is expected to show the actual survival status of the current group development of primary.education,and to analyze the problems in the group running school for the balanced development of compulsory education for the educational reform Contribution to meager power.
