Beijing No.9Middle School Education Group was founded in May2010, with members:Beijing No.9Middle School, Jiahui Middle School, Jindingjie Second Primary School, Jindingjie Fourth Primary School. The establishment of Beijing No.9Middle School Education Group, aimed at forming an education cooperation and Mutual Assistance Community, and promote each other's, mutually beneficial relationship, the size effect of the school's complementary advantages can promote the coordinated development of all types of schools. The No.9Middle School will receive Jindingjie Second Primary School. And Jindingjie Fourth Primary School graduates will be admitted by Jiahui Middle School without being tested. Students of No.9Middle School and Jiahui Middle School who pass the Beijing middle school entrance examination, will be admitted Beijing No.9High School.From a perspective of a public utility manager who works at the Education Group in Beijing No.9Middle school, this paper focuses on the development of this educational hot words theoretically carding elite group located in Beijing Shijingshan; and how the school after one year of the group, so the development of the Group does not flow in the superficial cooperation; as well as how to promote education and balanced at the same time, taking into account the education quality development, to meet the needs of more people around quality education, to provide a suitable education for quality students. Cut from the introduction of the Education Group, by way of comparative analysis and case studies focusing on analysis of the situation and problems of the Beijing No.9Middle School Education Group, through the analysis of the problem, proposed solutions to this problem. The theoretical significance lie in of this study is that the domestic elite group running through case studies. The practical significance lie in combing elite group of school, domestic and international experience confirms Beijing No.9Middle School Education Group, currently carried out by comparing with the other hand, access to revelation.In this study, by consulting with large number of documents, and research articles, classified, comprehensive, the author tries to understand the progress of research in this field, and avoid duplication of work with others, thus and to conduct further studies on this basis. With Beijing No.9Middle School Education Group as the main case of research, the author will focus on this case, design questionnaires, interview outlhies, pay attention to the situation and problems of this case, thus proposed solutions to this problem. Beijing No.9Middle School Education Group with Hangzhou, Chengdu, Beijing and other places of the elite group of school phenomenon in the course of the study will be compared in order to obtain useful inspiration, rich connotation. To conduct in-depth study, the author also interview the regional leader, group manager, group course designer, to obtain rich, in-depth qualitative analysis of information. Conducted a survey with oriented leadership and management team in order to obtain first-hand the quantitative analysis of data. On the basis of the above preliminary study, in accordance with the elite group sponsoring the situation and problems, suggestions and countermeasures architecture, the exercise was material to analyze, draw conclusions. In this study, there are still some limitations due to certain conditions, limitations and no field visit to Beijing No.9Middle School Education Group as well as less comparative study and analysis.The paper reached the following findings:the elite group of school not only promote equity in education, but also promote the efficiency of education in a certain period of time certain range of effective education and reform promote policies of balanced education and quality development.
