The Management Coordination Between The Subsidiary And Parent School In The Elite Group Of School

As a way to push forward the educational balance and the reform of education system in our country, Education Group can give full play to the advantages of running a school to solve most parents’ present problem of choosing schools, thus quickly narrowing the gap between education in the country and in the cities and pushing forward the educational balance in the region. This article takes Ming De Lu Gu school from Ming De Education Group in Changsha as a research case to make clear the phenomena and causes of the conflicts appearing in both schools of the education group in the process of running them and summarize and refine the management solutions to these conflicts, and also build the management coordination system of the elite group of school and meanwhile offer advice on how to push forward running the education group to a higher level. As the research shows, in order to truly achieve the goal of running schools by group and building several schools from an elite school and then becoming an elite school group, it not only needs the expansion in quantity but also enhancement in quality. And the key to these enhancement is to better the management connotation of school running by group. In the organization system of school running by group, there are five elements--development goals 、 management team 、management mechanism、information system、management civilization. Only if the five elements function well and work harmoniously can both schools in the elite group work smoothly. At the same time, in the process of running the elite group of school, there exist many stakeholders, which at many times are not a community of interests. There will be management conflicts when they work, and the key ways to manage and control these conflicts is management coordination. So management coordination is the main work in the process of running the elite group of school. The process of management coordination is the process of solving the conflicts between both schools in development goals、management team、management mechanism、information communication、cultural integration.To strengthen the management coordination between both schools under the circumstance of running the elite group of school, we must clearly know the contents and methods of school running coordination management and build the coordination management mechanism of school running, and also build the information system of coordination management and develop the spirit of coordination management and make coordination management achievements.
