Child Care Seeking Behavior Study

This thesis is the conclusion of the research for the behavior of the children , about 3-6 years old . asking for help in the kindergarten.The research analysis of the behavior of the children asking for help in the kindergarten through qualitative research is assisted by some related data and explanations.The researcher has gone deepinto the kindergarten-the special place of the study, where the 3-6 years old children live.According to the behavior of the 3-6 years old children to ask for help , by seeing through the interaction between the children and the interaction between the children and the teacher the reseacher wants to show the development condition of human relations in the children's world .The reason why the young children ask for help is that they meet with the predicament in the kindergarten, and the solution of this kind of predicament is out of the children's ability. In addition to giving up actively or blind to persistence, they probably seek help from outside world.Children even incline to select the teacher at the time of choosing the object to ask for help.On the one hand , young children are in the first stage of the mind and body development, they still do not mature. When they meet with a problem, asking others for help, especially the teacher's help, is one of the best ways , and they are very strongly toward the teacher, they think that the teacher is omnipotent , the symbol of the authority in their hearts.The teacher can solve all the difficulties;On the other hand, according to adults' own opinion on education, they often say to their children "When you meet with problems, tell the adults, and in the kindergarten you should turn to the teacher for help", which makes the children seek help from the teacher more often when they meet with difficulties. With the growth of the children, they come to know companions'function and in addition to the teacher, other kids can also offer help, and at the same time, the technique of asking companions for help is graduaully instilled into by the teacher in the daily education .The teacher will direct the children to turning to their companions for help by what kind of difficilty they meet with .The young children can develop the skill of the human relations in the process of teacher's education, learn how to get along with their companions, especially how to help each other . This can partly lighten the teacher's burden.The researcher has also discovered that some teachers' methods of education are incorrect in the process of the observation of the behavior of asking for help in the kindergarten. The researcher hopes that the study can provide some help and apocalypse for the teacher of preschool education.
