Due to university students' employment has become more difficult now, many parents and students have got the "study useless", think that even if admitted to the university also can not find a good job.And because now society and their parents to school and teacher's evaluation is still a graduation rates,leading to the school,and the teacher had to adopt the exam-oriented education. All of these lead to a growing number of poor students .However, the increasing of the number of the students with learning difficulties,not only affects the development of education,will also cause the increasing of the teenagers crime,affect the development of the society. So finding out that what cause the students with learning disability,and effective transformation strategy is imperative.The students with chemical learning difficulties is a more large part of the students with learning disability.This paper is based on the theory of some education experts and scholars both at home and abroad, by the method of questionnaire and interview to find the cause of the students of learning disability, and according to the causes to inductive the effective transformation strategy.This paper includes seven parts:The first part is the preface. Mainly introduces the research origin, the research status at home and abroad,and explains the purpose and significance of this study and the content and method of this study.The second part is the study of theoretical basis. First combined Chinese and western definition of "the students with learning disability", points out in this paper, the definition of "the students with learning disability" and "the students with chemical learning disability ”,and chemical characteristic of the students with learning difficulties.Finally this paper introduces the students with chemical learning disability formation of the relevant theory.The third part is the rural ordinary high school the students with chemical learning difficulties learning and academic analysis. The students with chemical learning difficulties of the school of psychology and study situation and the characteristics of higher chemical disciplines made a concrete analysis.The fourth part is the rural ordinary the high school chemistry poor students questionnaire survey and analysis. To the design of the questionnaire and the questionnaire,also gives the concrete implementation and then made a detailed analysis of the result of the investigation.The fifth part is the cause of rural ordinary the high school chemistry poor students analysis and countermeasure research. Based on the related theoretical knowledge, as well as the results of questionnaire and interview, from the students themselves, teachers and family three big aspects to the cause of the high chemical poor student do the concrete analysis.Then cause analysis to the chemical transformation of the high school chemistry poor students put forward eight transformation strategy: 1.stimulate the students with learning difficulties interest and motivation in learning chemistry; 2.guide the students with learning difficulties master the scientific learning method and the good study habit; 3.strengthen the students with learning difficulties in chemistry mental health education; 4.research high school teaching material content, deal with primary and high cohesion knowledge; 5.to improve their teaching quality; 6.influence students with love; 7.create a harmonious and healthy family atmosphere; 8.and reasonable guide and expectations.The sixth part is the rural ordinary high school chemistry transformation effect analysis of the students with learning difficulties. Including five the students with learning difficulties in chemistry case for translation research and the analysis of the transformation effect.The seventh part is the study of this article made a summary,and points out the deficiency of this study,finally puts forward outlook on the high school chemistry poor students.
