With the deepening of the new educational concept and the deepening of the educational reform,the students with learning difficulties,as a universal group of students,have received continuous attention from the academic circle and educators.The problem of students with learning difficulties has become a common problem faced by all educators.Years of teaching practice,I have to often think about the root of this problem and the corresponding transformation countermeasures.As an important period for the formation of students’ three views,the junior middle school learning stage is likely to have a negative impact on their future development.How to do a good job in the transformation of students with learning difficulties is not only an important task that educators must face,but also the practical need to implement quality education.Education expert Liu Bin believes that"schools should attach great importance to the transformation of students with learning difficulties.The transformation of a student with learning difficulties is as important,glorious and valuable as the cultivation of an excellent student.However,teaching practice has proved that it is much more difficult to transform a student with learning difficulties than to cultivate an excellent student.Based on this,it is urgent for us to find the root cause of the problem of students with learning difficulties,and take appropriate measures to achieve the transformation of students with learning difficulties.Based on such a starting point,this paper obtained first-hand research data through classroom observation,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews,among which 198 questionnaires were distributed and 195 were recovered.After eliminating invalid questionnaires such as duplicates and regular answers,153 valid questionnaires were recovered with an effective recovery rate of 77.3%.23 teachers and 25 students with learning difficulties were interviewed.The author studies the causes of learning difficulties of junior middle school students by means of questionnaire survey,interview,classroom observation and other methods.The main reasons are as follows: firstly,the school’s current management methods and methods,as well as the teachers’ education and classroom management methods are not scientific and reasonable.The second is the family reasons,such as the unscientific education concept and the upbringing way as well as the family environment is not good and so on;Third,students’ own reasons,such as the psychological characteristics of students with learning difficulties and bad learning habits,etc.Based on this,this paper puts forward the corresponding transformation principles and Suggestions:the principle of development,the principle of subjectivity,the principle of individualized teaching,the principle of emotion,the principle of evaluation.Specific transformation strategies include: pay more attention to students with learning difficulties,and build a harmonious teacher-student relationship;Give play to the leading role of teachers and stimulate the intrinsic motivation of students with learning difficulties;Help students withlearning difficulties to get a sense of success and improve their sense of self-efficacy;The way of correct attribution can promote the thinking mode of students with learning difficulties.Change the educational idea,give full play to the role and influence of parents;To build a home-school network and promote the learning of students with learning difficulties.Through the specific implementation and application of students with learning difficulties in three classes,it is found that the conversion effect is good and the experimental purpose is achieved.(2)help students with learning difficulties to master scientific learning strategies;(3)help students with learning difficulties to develop good learning habits and correct learning attitude;(4)the joint efforts of schools,families and students themselves promote the improvement of learning ability of students with learning difficulties.
