The idea of the new curriculum reform is to concern about the development of each student, and to help them succeed. Students with learning difficulties are common in each school, and teachers need to pay special attention in the process of teaching. They have certain difficulties in cognition and application, although their intelligence is within the normal range, which is not conducive to the physical and mental development of poor students. Thus, the reasons for the formation of poor students and how to convert them have become a hot issue for educators. In this paper, by the method of literature reading, questionnaires and data analysis, a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the formation of poor students was given, and on this basis effective strategies were proposed. And then, from the perspective of dynamics, we had carried out timely and effective transformation for poor student about junior chemistry. We can draw the following conclusions by the research:1. Internal dynamic factors affecting the junior chemistry students with learning difficulties includes: learning motivation, learning mood, learning attitude and learning will. External power factors includes: parents, teachers, the characteristics of junior chemistry.2. According to the causes for the formation of poor students, we put forward the corresponding transformation strategy. Internal dynamic conversion strategies includes:(1) a variety of ways to stimulate and develop students’ learning motivation;(2) establishing a good teacherstudent relationship and culturing learning emotion;(3) well-timed and proper evaluation, strengthening the learning will;(4) group cooperation and improving learning attitude. External dynamic conversion strategies includes:(1) rational use of formative assessment and summative evaluation;(2) training personality charm of teachers and strengthening classroom interaction between teachers and students;(3) developing a correct understanding of life of students from the chemical point and culturing their ability in the interesting experiments.3. After the three-month study for two junior chemistry students with learning difficulties, the conversion is better, which showed that conversion possibility is high for the poor students.
