As an important part of network training interaction research, the quality of network interaction is an important factor affecting the quality of the training network. With the progress of technology, the growing popularity of network training has become an important form of on-the-job learning for teachers. With the increase of investment on the network training, the benefits people become more and more widely, but some problems are existed, such as the form of interaction is unitary, and the contain of interaction is superficial. In order to improve the quality of network training, it is necessary to analyze the present situation of interaction behavior on the network training and to put forward the promoting strategies, and to provide some suggestions for the development of the training in the future.Based on the statistical data, taking the continuing education network of the Guangzhou city for teachers in primary and secondary school(www.gzteacher.gov.cn) as the platform, and taking the promoting project for the application ability of information technology as the background, ninety teachers teaching Chinese in primary and middle schools who have participated in the project of “studying and evaluation of digital education for Chinese” have been selected as the research object in this paper, and the quality of training has been analyzed. The analysis is performed from the angle of four-dimensional space, which is the relationship between the students and the platform interface, students and the resource, the students and the teachers, students and students. The analyzed method includes the analysis of contains and the analysis of social network on the forum of interaction research. The following problems are found: it is difficult to tell the layers of interaction on the training platform environment, and it is not so quickly to answer the question during the interaction process, it is not so enough to share the resource, and the quality of the excise is not so well, and so on. For these existing problems, some strategies to promote the interaction have been put forward. The proposed strategies rely mainly on the optimization of the training platform environment, the creation of a good interactive atmosphere, and the implementation of incentive mechanism and the improvement of the self-determination for students. New strategies and their effect are to be analyzed and discussed in the second phase of training.
