Study On College Counselors' Paths For Improvement Of Professional Capbilities Under Innovative Entrepreneurial Background

The 21st century is also known as the century of knowledge and economy.In order to raise their technological powers,all counties must be innovative.In the process,we first need cultivate innovative entrepreneurial talents.Thus the counselors' professional capacity building will be a larger influence on innovative talents,training in colleges and universities.During counselors' own development as well as the development of colleges and universities,one of the most core tasks is to strengthen counselors' professional capbilities.This paper studies mainly on the paper topics related concepts,the significance of the research,the ideal situation of research objects,the current development situation,existing problems and measures to cope with them,etc.First part is the introduction chapter,it mainly analyzes the research background,research significance,related scholars research results,and gives the related research contents and methods.The second part is about the definition of related concepts and theoretical overview.It first defines the innovative entrepreneurial education,college counselors,professional capability and the connotation of college counselors' improvement of professional capabilities,and it points out the theoretical basis for the improvement of college counselors' professional capabilities.The third part analyses the relationship between innovative and entrepreneurial education and the improvement and requirement of college counselors' professional capabilities on a theoretical point of view.It also analyses the paths by which college counselors could improve themselves under the circumstances of encouraging entrepreneurship.The fourth part takes the S College in zhejiang as the research object.Through the analysis of the current situation of counselors' capabilities improvement,summarizes the existing problems and the reasons.The fifth part focuses on the paths by which college counselors could improve themselves under the circumstances of encouraging entrepreneurship,it then furthers the study by giving matching solutions based on foregoing research.The sixth part summarizes the full text,and shows prospects for the direction of further research.
