"National Fitness Program(2016-2020)" on deepening the reform of sports,mass sports and fitness advocate,promote the healthy Chinese construction made arrangements,countries pay more attention on social sports,fitness consciousness,fitness enthusiasm.Market and industrialization become the inevitable trend of the future development of social sports.Mass fitness facilities gradually shift from public fitness venues to more high-grade fitness clubs,and aerobics is one of the important courses for fitness clubs,which is well received by members of the community.The difference of the professional ability level of aerobics instructors directly affects the timeliness of the national scientific fitness.As an effective way to standardize and improve the professional ability of aerobics instructors,national vocational certification plays an important role in the process of improving the professional ability of Aerobics instructors.In this study,in Shandong province ",the Sixth National Fitness games,the sports aerobics industry occupation skills contest" the eleven fitness club aerobics instructor as the research object,using literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis and other research methods,taking Shandong Province as an example,effect of vocational certification of fitness the club aerobics instructor occupation ability,the conclusions are as follows:1.aerobics instructors national certification content application strong,close to the actual work.The primary,intermediate,advanced,National Aerobics Instructors in vocational certification requirements more and more high;different levels,different certification;certification by professional content theory theory to the theory of transition;technical certification by Aerobics itself to the actual teaching to health management gradually.2.,Shandong fitness club aerobics instructor certification status and national industry access control requirements there is a certain difference,there are still undocumented phenomenon.3.,Shandong aerobics instructor national professional qualification uneven distribution level,mainly concentrated in the grade and junior,and there are serious heavy technology,light theory phenomenon.4.aerobics national occupation qualification,including the theory and technical capacity of the two aspects of fitness club aerobics instructor occupation ability to improve and standardize the fitness market actual effect,increase the National Aerobics Instructor Certification efforts and the implementation of occupation industry access system is imperative.
