The first "Chinese Index on Job Burnout" investigation published by www.ChinaHRD.net in 2004showed that the job burnout of Chinese workers was not optimistic. Job burnout is called professional burnout which could be divided into three categories:the emotional exhaustion, cynicism and achievement low on the basis of relevant academic researches.The figures of the survey showed that 35 percent of the people who signed emotional exhaustion were in high emotional exhaustion level, only 38.8 percent of them were in low emotional exhaustion level. A large part of workers in China suffered from the great job pressure and they lacked enthusiasm and initiative and the degree of emotional exhaustion is more serious.The previous researches showed that private coaches were more likely to suffer from job burnout because most of the private coaches approved excessively. The more the coach devoted to his work, the more likely he suffered from job burnout. Those private coaches who are brave enough to risk and meet the challenges and those who are self-dependent and pursuing for perfection are more prone to suffer from job burnout.The previous researches showed that private coaches were more likely to suffer from job burnout because most of the private coaches approved excessively. Furthermore, some coaches will suffer from job burnout after eight months'work. Over 40 percent of the coaches who have worked for over one year wanted a new job.This thesis describes the job turnout of private coaches in Taiyuan business fitness club and explores the influence factors of it. Based on the analysis of the relevant figures, the thesis draws the conclusion that job turn out presents a dramatically difference in the three dimensions of job turnout and the research indicates that the professional turnout of fitness instructor in Taiyuan business fitness club is over medium degree.
