In 2014 the state council released ?about speed up the development of sports industry?,promote the sports consumption of the several opinions to rise the national fitness as a national strategy,along with " healthy China 2030 " slogan,sports have become an important part of China,the construction of health to improve people's physical quality and health level,promote the all-round development of people,rich people's spiritual and cultural life,inspire the people to carry forward the spirit of the pursuit of excellence,breakthrough self has a very important role in such aspects as the cultivate sports talents to our country sports colleges put forward higher requirements.In recent years,however,due to an explosion of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities student number,student requirements for modern university life constantly improve,people's health consciousness constantly strengthen,the influence of such factors as the physical universities logistics services(such as catering,accommodation,stadiums,etc.)has not fully adapt to the needs of society.How from the aspects of logistics,improving the quality of personnel training,has become a problem to be solved.This article through the literature material method,Delphi method,analytical hierarchy process,case analysis and other research methods,to logistics service quality evaluation in colleges and universities as the research subject,sports colleges logistics service quality evaluation system is established,the necessity of building based on the theory of performance evaluation of constructing logistics service quality evaluation index system,with shandong sports institute as an example to build the index system of application analysis,The results showed that the evaluation index system can be very good to help good sports colleges and universities to better manage the logistics work,to improve logistics service quality has very important theoretical significance and practical value.Combining the reality of sports colleges and universities and puts forward the construction of modern sports colleges logistics service quality management system;Establish perfect logistics of colleges anduniversities personnel management system;Cross-school joint management,enhance logistics service quality in colleges and universities;Create the college logistics enterprise culture,improve service brand,and a series of feasible Suggestions.
