Research On The Reform Of Administrative System Of Logistics In Chinese Colleges And Universities

Immediately after the foundation of People's Republic of China, the colleges and universities had established the administrative system of logistics. However, after the reform and opening-up, during the process of reforming in social , economic and political system ,the shortcoming of old administrative system of logistics comes to light., and have became the bottleneck of development in advanced education and reform of school patterns. So it is necessary to reform the administrative system of logistics in the colleges and universities.There are 5 charts in this article, as particularized at follows:In Chart 1 there are two parts, which is mainly concerned with the reasons to write this article, especially the explanation and definition of main conceptions.During Chart 2 the author describes the administrative system of logistics in our colleges and universities and its historical process of changing, and introduces the reform of the administrative system of logistics.Chart 3 tries to analyze the problems in the reforming of administrative system of logistics in the colleges and universities, both in the theory and practice.Chart 4 intends to introduce the practice and experience about the reform of administrative system of logistics in the colleges and universities, both local and abroad There are not only the advanced patterns of administrative system of logistics in our colleges and universities, but also the introduction and classified summary of foreign countries experience.Based on the former analysis and discussion, Chart5 mainly gives some advices of how to reform the logistics managerial system of the colleges and universities.
