In the process of rapid development of MOOC, its problem is gradually exposed. In order to further strengthen the integration of classroom teaching and MOOC, Fox proposed SPOC. As an effective way to reform the education, it provides a new thinking for educators. However, after the development of like a swarm of bees in our country, its effect is not satisfactory. Therefore, this study hopes to use learning analysis technology to mine learners' learning characteristic under the environment of SPOC, then construct learner behavior model under this environment, so as to improve the application status of SPOC in college. The main research contents and results are as follows:1. Using the method of reviewing literature to analysis the status of model constructing and SPOC at home and abroad, then summarizing the research content,finally finding out the research point of this study;2. We analyze the difference of learners' learning behavior from three dimensions of major, credit and learning achievement, and use clustering method to explore the learning type, in order to mine learning behavior characteristics in environment of SPOC and confirm whether online behavior is affected by subjective norms. The results show that:in the SPOC environment, the learners' behaviors mainly present two features:task-driven and achievement-driven. Specific performance are medium achievement group has the highest clicking times, not get rid of the possibility of increasing learning time; even the low participation of learners also click the homework and then learn learning resource. The learner's online behavior is influenced by subjective norms.3. Based on theory of planned behavior and technology acceptance model, we construct the learner behavior model verified by questionnaire. Analysis results show that:first, learners' online behavior is mainly affected by the subjective factors, the off-line behavior also under the influence of learning attitude; two, under the premise of MOOC's friendly interactive interface, exploring the usefulness of system is the primary problem to solve for educators and platform developers.Different from other theoretical studies in our country, this study explores the characteristics of learners' learning behavior from the perspective of analyzing actual data and constructs the learner behavior model in SPOC. From the model, we can grasp the mechanism of the learner's behavior, and then promote students to emerge effective learning behavior.
