"Internet+Education" policy promotes the development of online learning platform greatly, which urges online learning becomes a new kind of learning type. The size of educational data in online learning platform is increasing rapidly as the technology has matured and user volume has boomed. The learning behavior analysis becomes one of research hotspots. The comprehensive analysis of learning behavior data can provide a great deal of valuable information for educators, administrators and learners. Learning behavior analysis focus on the learner behavior data, so collecting comprehensive learner behavior data is important for learning behavior analysis. Due to the amount and variety of learning behavior data, it is a challenge to collect the comprehensive data, even result in the missing of the data. The result of learning behavior analysis is greatly affected by the incomplete data. So it is necessary to build a learner behavior data model to instruct the data collecting in online learning platform.The chief purpose of this paper is to build a learner behavior data model for online learning platform, aiming at the problem of data missing in the process of data collection from online learning platform. The work is mainly embodied in three aspects.First, the online learning behavior data model is constructed. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of learning behavior and related theoretical basis, "three learning factors" model in online learning platform is proposed based on Gagne's "four learning factors" theory and the characteristics of online learning platform. After analyzing the factors of online learning behavior, dividing learning behavior into trajectory behavior,social behavior, resource learning behavior and evaluation of reflection behavior, then to build a more comprehensive online learning behavior data model.Second, the data acquisition methods and recording attributes of different online learning behaviors are analyzed. The standard of learning behavior data collecting is made based on the proposed learner behavior data model, and the data acquisition methods and storage attributes for all kinds of learning behavior data are analyzed.Third, the online learning behavior data model is applied and analyzed. This paper analyzes the data of trajectory behavior, social behavior, resource learning behavior and evaluation of reflection behavior of students in the HstarC of Central China Normal University through the tools of Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services, Ucinet and SPSS,using the methods of sequence analysis, social network analysis and cluster analysis.Result shows that the proposed learner behavior data model is effective and it gives some feedback information to the teachers and students of the online learning platform.
