Analysis And Application Research Of Online Learning Behavior

With the continuous development of information technology and large data processing technology and the continuous improvement of the online learning platform,the online learning model has gradually attracted the attention of learners and teaching stakeholders.In the process of interaction between users and online platforms,a large number of behavioral data are generated,the rules and information hidden in these data are undoubtedly the key to understand the intrinsic characteristics of the learners and the learning situation.Compared with the traditional analysis methods,learning behavior analytics can analyze and excavate the learning data through data mining and other analytical techniques.It can understand the learning situation,discover the learning rules and guide the teaching process more comprehensively and deeply,and have important guidance for the individualized teaching.Learning behavior analytics is a research in the field of education technology at present hotspot.In this thesis,the elements and key technologies of online learning behavior analytics are studied.The main research work is embodied in three aspects.Firstly,the general framework of learning behavior analytics was put forward based on the current research situation of learning behavior analytics and related theories.The analysis framework mainly included the establishment of learning behavior model,behavior data preprocessing,behavior data feature analysis and behavior evaluation.Secondly,the thesis studied the key techniques of learning social analytics.In this thesis,the social network analytics of learning social behavior was used to find out the condition of the social network characteristics of the learners.A mathematical model of the learning behavior characteristics was established to evaluate the behavior characteristics.A correlation analytics between learning behavior characteristics and learning effects was conducted to find out the relationship between them.Regression analytics of learning behavior and effect was used to establish prediction model of learning effect,which would guide the process and implementation of learning behavior analysis.Finally,taking the data collected from the practical application system as an example,the related key technologies were analyzed empirically.The system realized data acquisition and storage through the xPAI specification.On this basis,this thesis analyzed the behavior evaluation features such as social behavior characteristics,behavior evaluation characteristics such as learning investment,the correlation analytics and regression analytics of behavior characteristics and learning effect and so on.The results show that the proposed scheme and related technologies are used for online learning behavior.
