Study On The Government's Role In The Entrepreneurial Activity Of University Student

Innovative entrepreneurial activity of university is of great significance to improve the employment structure,realize their own value,maintain social stability and promote economic development and the construction of an innovative country.In the process of the government in promoting college students' entrepreneurship also issued a series of encouraging policies,continuously improve entrepreneurship environment,entrepreneurial atmosphere.Premier Li Ke qiang at the fifth session of the National People's Congress in 2017,the government work report in pointed out that to strengthen the leading role of innovation,the development of a powerful driving force.Innovation is the first driving force of development,must be placed in the core position of the country's overall development,in-depth implementation of innovation driven development strategy,to continue to promote public entrepreneurship,innovation.Innovation is the soul of the progress of a country and a nation,and college students are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship.In the country under the public venture,the highly innovative tide,have issued a series of policies to encourage and support students to promote entrepreneurial activities from central to local government,business environment continues to improve,entrepreneurial atmosphere is unprecedented.As one of the most famous cities in China,Nanjing city has made great achievements in recent years.However,according to the Nanjing municipal government in the promotion of College Students' Entrepreneurship work analysis,the Nanjing municipal government in the promotion of College Students' entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial environment service providers still exist and the role of coordinator of entrepreneurship is not perfect in the problem formulation in Entrepreneurship policy.In order to effectively play the role of government,better promote the Nanjing City College Students'entrepreneurship,the government should strengthen the support of venture capital,fully leverage financial resources,from tax policy and financial guarantee administration of college students to solve difficult problem of venture capital;promote the improvement of university students entrepreneurship guiding mode,promoting reform,entrepreneurship education system to cultivate pioneering cultural atmosphere;to enhance and improve the service ability and mode of government,adjust the relevant government departments,government departments to optimize service functions;establish collaborative mechanisms to promote the business incubator platform,but also pay attention to the scale effect in the construction of business incubator platform in advance".
