Research On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Management Of College Students In Xiaogan City From The Perspective Of Government Management

Under the background of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Mass Innovation",it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore how the government can play its role in college students' innovation and entrepreneurship and promote the all-round development of the economy and society.At present,innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Xiaogan City is still in its infancy.Under such circumstances,it is of great significance to create a favorable environment for innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Xiaogan,vigorously promote the"Five Leaps",speed up the construction of"Five-pronged Cities"and create a new situation for the third wave of entrepreneurship of Xiaogan.This paper,from the perspective of government management,taking innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Xiaogan City as the main research object,investigates the basic facts of innovation and entrepreneurship and the current situation of government management of college students in three universities in Xiaogan City.Finally,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures for improving the management of innovation and entrepreneurship in Xiaogan.This paper mainly has the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background and significance of innovation and entrepreneurship,research status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship at home and abroad,research methods of this topic,technical route map and innovative points.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of innovation and Entrepreneurship of college students in Xiaogan,defines the relevant concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship activities,expounds the basic contents and characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,and focuses on the basic situation of innovation and entrepreneurship in three universities in Xiaogan.The third chapter focuses on the status quo of university students'innovation and entrepreneurship management,mainly from the perspective of government management,analyzing the relevant policies and documents in support of innovation and entrepreneurship issued at the national level and Xiaogan City level.In combination with the previous analyses,and using questionnaires and case-study interviews,The fourth chapter tries to find out the problems existing in the management of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship and analyze the reasons.In the fifth chapter,in light of the above problems,we propose targeted innovation and entrepreneurship management strategies and suggestions.Mainly from the creation of favorable atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship in the general public,the establishment of a complete set of systems,venture capital support,the optimization of the entrepreneurial policy and other four aspects,this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures.
