Improve the bilingual teaching is the basic step of development of Xinjiang,construction of a new Xinjiang,improve the education of Xinjiang especially the minority nationality's education.Bilingual teaching is shorten the disparity of each diffenenties nationality's eduction,Improve the competency of minority nationality achieve master the minorit to grasp his/her mother language and Chinese.of bilingual,teach work at the front line,l am getting to know some thing about development and situation of the bilingual teaching,and paying much attention to dynamic of the bilingual teaching.Author mainly do the some research and analystheis on the present situation of bilingual teaching in Turpan senior high school of Xinjiang.This passage mainly focus on the development of bilingual teaching of Turpan.By do the questionnaire,on the spot investigation and telephone interview,focus on students'(attitude toward the Chinese bilingual teaching and their native language;motivation of learning Chinese,learning habits and learning strategy),teachers(their attitude toward the bilingual teaching,teaching skill,nationalities,the degree of the HSK test,education background and oral expression ability),family factors(support of the parents to their children's bilingual learning,occupation of the parents,education background of parents and their concern on the child)environment,Author Distinguish and analysis the dispatity of bilingual teaching at turpan number two middle school and some other middle school in town and countryies,and why they have the education dispatity.Then got the conclusion from it.Whether students,teachers and parents have a positive attitude to accept bilingual education,there is a high degree of recognition of bilingual education,but because of the environmental impact of teachers,as well as their own reasons,bilingual education achievements can not meet the basic requirements proposed by the state,from the students' learning motivation and learning habits,and how to deal with the environment,teacher training and improve the occupation accomplishment,provide the feasible advice between school and family relations,so as to the benefits the country and the Huimin project do better,Xinjiang provides an important basis to leapfrog development.
