The Xinjiang Bilingual teaching purpose is to make educated master the nationallanguage and English, and can use the two languages to learn all kinds of knowledge andenhance their own culture and his educated cultural identity and understanding, and enhancenational confidence and to train students in the interaction between different cultures andcommon development of positive social attitudes and cross-cultural adaptation. Bilingualeducation has made rapid development, but there is a problem of Bilingual Teaching can notbe overlooked, bilingual teaching mode, teaching adaptability, bilingual curriculum, teachingmaterials and the preparation and use of the quality level of bilingual teachers, teachingevaluation system and other aspects of problems, serious impact Bilingual teaching quality,but also on the issue of Bilingual teaching has practical guiding significance. In this thesis,reference to the relevant literature on the research status at home and abroad bilingualteaching, research progress were summarized, carding, analysis, preparation of questionnairesand interviews with bilingual teaching outline, mainly for bilingual mode, curriculum,textbooks, teacher evaluation, evaluation of teaching effectiveness, etc. analysis of bilingualeducation, the study found problems in bilingual teaching.Based on the current situation with reference to the relevant literature, research progressbilingual teaching and research at home and abroad were summarized, carding, analysis,preparation of a questionnaire Bilingual teaching problems, interview outline, mainly for thenational implementation of the bilingual policy concerning the situation in Xinjiang, bilingualteaching basic facilities, and use of bilingual materials, bilingual teachers and bilingualteaching effectiveness level to investigate, analyze, and strive multi-angle, multi-faceted,multi-channel master the relevant information found in the current bilingual education inXinjiang following problems: First, the bilingual policy not in place to implement theteaching unclear objectives; two bilingual teaching ability of teachers needs to be improved;three bilingual teaching atmosphere is not thick; four students uneven level; five bilingualteaching evaluation is not enough.According to the survey, analyze the results, this paper tries presence of bilingualteaching from the Xinjiang problem starting level, teaching is based on the theory of moderneducation, the implementation of countermeasures to build a strong relevance andeffectiveness of bilingual education in Xinjiang problems: First, the effective implementationof national, bilingual education policy concerning Xinjiang, focusing carry it out; Second,strengthen the teaching staff, improve the teaching ability; Third, establish effective teachingconcept; fourth is to strengthen effective teaching management; Fifth effective teachingevaluation; Fourth carry out effective teaching reflection.
