SWOT Analysis On Development Of Amateur Football League In Wenzhou

The development of a national football project not only depends on the level of professional football,but also amateur football, and the development of professional football much depends on the national team and professional league,while amateur football is mainly based on the number of football and the development of amateur football League.Using five research methods like literature, questionnaire, interview and so on. The paper shows that, through the SWOT analysis model, there are four major advantages , the top five disadvantages , the top five opportunities and the top four threats during the current development of amateur football league in Wenzhou. First, advantages: (1)Wenzhou have strong private capital strength;(2)the Wenzhou amateur football league is in a high starting point and has a reasonable system;(3)Wenzhou city has a luscious football atmosphere;(4)the participation threshold of Wenzhou amateur football league is low. Second , disadvantages:(1)be short of management system;(2)the level of competition is low, and has a low social attention;(3)the referee professional level is low;(4)the League does not have a long-term system planning;(5)be lack of professional league operation team. Third , opportunities:(1)the "plan" and the"opinions" has brought a good opportunity for development to football;(2)the support of the Wenzhou municipal government and relevant departments;(3)the rapid economic growth of Wenzhou;(4)the vigorous development of the sports industry in Wenzhou;(5)the integration of new media. Fourth, threats:(1)the market competition for the development of football in other sports events in Wenzhou;(2)the development of Wenzhou football association and development association;(3)the shortage of facilities;(4)the low sports consumption.According to the present situation of amateur football development in Wenzhou , the study puts forward the following development strategies:(1)increasing the construction investment for the football facilities,and provide a good venue guarantee for the development of the amateur football league in Wenzhou;(2)cultivating amateur football league market;(3)making full use of new media, and vigorously promote the amateur football league football, to enhance the social influence and increase the football population in Wenzhou;(4)continue to strengthen and improve the amateur football league club management system, and make a long-term system planning for the development of Wenzhou amateur football league;(5)strengthen the overall level of competition of the Wenzhou amateur football league , to make the amateur football league a Wenzhou brand competition;(6)strengthening the support and guidance of the football association and the football development association, to provide professional technical support for the development of the amateur football league in Wenzhou, and enhance the referees professional level of Wenzhou amateur football league.
