SWOT Analysis And Development Path Research Of Fuzhou Amateur Football League

With 18 years of development of amateur football in FuZhou,and 10 years of development of urban football league,FAFA league and RongChao league,it has experienced the baptism of years and is full of hope.This paper takes the Fuzhou Amateur Football League as the main research object,and uses the literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,data analysis method and SWOT analysis method to investigate and study.According to the development status of Fuzhou Amateur Football League,the sustainable development path of Fuzhou Amateur Football League is analyzed from four dimensions,and the development path is discussed.The research conclusions show that the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Fuzhou Amateur Football League coexist.(1)Advantages: Fuzhou Amateur Football League has a good football environment;large scale and long time;low participation threshold;help build a harmonious society and promote interpersonal communication;(2)Weaknessees: competition management team,player ability Weak and no professional operation team;low social attention;lack of rules and regulations for teams and amateur football clubs;limited ability of coaches of each team;(3)Opportunities: stable political environment and policies;fast-growing economy and sports industry;Population and audience needs;multiple media communication methods;(4)Threats: no top professional clubs;weak sports consumption;poor referee business;uneven quality of players?Based on SWOT analysis,the development path of Fuzhou amateur football league is studied as follows:(1)External opportunities should be used to expand internal advantages.Combining "Internet +" to establish tournament brand culture and form a sustainable development path;(2)use external opportunities to improve internal disadvantages.The management model is diversified,the association and the department coordinate development,actively promote the market-oriented reform of sports events,and form a reverse development path;(3)reduce or avoid external threats through internal advantages.Develop derivative goods and industries,broaden funding sources,establish acommunity of interests with sponsors,and form a diversified development path;(4)Improve internal disadvantages and proactively overcome the survival crisis brought about by external threats.Reasonable and effective use of university city resources,and strengthen the construction of talent reserve training system,establish a sports operation company,establish a youth amateur football league system,improve its own hematopoietic function,and form a defensive development path.
