Purposes: cancer-related fatigue is the most common postoperative patients with breast cancer and very difficult to control, subjective, constant fatigue feeling, seriously affect the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients.this study explore the tai Chi exercise intervention in patients with breast cancer-related fatigue and the influence of the conditions such as the quality of life,in order to explore the better active rehabilitation exercise can make patients and can have a good recovery effect of kinematic scheme, for breast cancer patients with postoperative carcinoma due to fatigue and quality of life research provides theoretical basis and empirical basis for research. Methods: using randomized grouping principle, divided the patients into the experimental group and control group, experimental group patients for 24 style tai Chi exercise;the control group patients with traditional breast cancer postoperative rehabilitation exercise.Cancer because of fatigue scale(CFS),the quality of life questionnaire(WHOQOL BREF),Pittsburgh sleep scale(PSQI),anxiety, depression scale(SAS,SDS)and so on carries on the investigation and evaluation, record the 10 d,a month, three months and six months after the two groups of patients with cancer-related fatigue, quality of life, sleep quality and anxiety, depression, and analysed.Results:(1)In the experimental group and the control group patients age, marital status, pathological type and whether staging and radiation and chemotherapy has no significant difference(P> 0.05),two groups of material balance, before the intervention, the experimental group and control group in patients with cancer-related fatigue and quality of life, sleep quality, anxiety and depression status had no significant difference,comparable.(2)Two groups of patients after three months and six months after theintervention of the test results show that the scores of the experimental group is lower than the control group, two groups in total fatigue, physical fatigue and cognitive fatigue on the obvious difference(P< 0.05).(3)Postoperative intervention for three months and six months later, the tai chi group of the patient's quality of life scores and five dimension scores significantly increased,in addition to social relations and the environment.(4)After the intervention, the experimental group sleep quality score significantly lower than the control group, and a month, three months, and the test result of the six months P values are less than 0.05,there is significant difference, statistically significant.(5)After the intervention, the anxiety and depression score of experimental group is lower than the control group, experimental group relieve anxiety, depression, whole situation, significant differences between the two groups.Conclusions:(1)Postoperative patients with breast cancer are cancer-related fatigue, the patient's quality of life, sleep quality, and so on and so forth is poorer, have certain anxiety and depression.(2)Tai Chi exercise intervention can effectively relieve postoperative patients with breast cancer fatigue degree, and rehabilitation effect is superior to the traditional breast cancer postoperative rehabilitation exercise.(3)Tai Chi exercise intervention can improve the sleep quality of patients and relieve patients' anxiety and depression, and has good exercise adherence, effectively improve the quality of life of patients with rehabilitation, and the effect is better than that of control group of traditional rehabilitation exercise training.(4)Tai Chi exercise with its appropriate exercise intensity, gas heavy abdomen abdominal breathing, circular movement way,the powerful healing and extensive mass base, etc.
