China youth fitness declined year by year,sports policy constantly.In this study,analysis of qualitative research for the attitude for one hour of physical exercise every day the main policy,to find out the influence of middle school students in the sports policy in the implementation of all aspects of cognition and emotion and subjective and objective factors,and provide reference to exercise for an hour for every sports policy implementation and execution.Although previous to the school sports policy research more,but the literature and research from the policy for the main attitude of not much.This study used qualitative research methods,the researchers as a research tool,and use the Nvivo11.0 Chinese version of this software for qualitative analysis of original data of 21 respondents were sorted and encoding,and the construction of the sports experience generation theory policy towards the tree node general.Finally,summarize and analyze the Nvivo11.0 encoding results showed that:(1)the content of policy cognition: the school did not undergo further "exercise one hour a day of sports policy propaganda to students,students do not understand the content of policy text,does not know what sports policy.(2)policy: the students are satisfied with the satisfaction of implementation of sports policy and the students were generally satisfied with the exercise for an hour every day sports policy implementation and effect of the students on the Campus Extracurricular Sports Activities and competitions are showing positive emotions and positive attitude,school sports policy attitude and policy behavior interaction and mutual influence,the students of classOutdoor sports participation is higher.(3)the effects of policies: academic pressure hinders the students to participate in physical exercise and physical exercise is the main reason to give up.The students' attitude of sports culture from the opportunity to hinder teachers is not very real,some do not dare to express.Because of this opportunity to impede the movement has the contradiction and one-sided dimension,and obscure negative emotional expression.(4)policy implementation: students exercise too little time and no guarantee of school sports time class.(5)policy behavior: middle school students on the school sports policy activities subject to strong,high participation in sports exercise as the starting point ofthe policy behavior bigIn compulsive behaviorAccording to this paper puts forward the following suggestions: the above results,(1)the exercise and sports propaganda necessity and importance to understand the sports politic.At the same time,the school should carry out mass sports activities and organization of schools to carry out mass sports activities to promote physical education policy.Thus a deeper level of sports policy to bring them benefits.(2)the school execution sports policy and policy should consider the thoughts and intentions of the students,organize sports activities should be diversification,diversification of forms.(3)improve the school physical education teachers on students' physical exercise everyday.School physical education teachers on a regular basis to detect the school organizationThe sports course quality sampling,testing students sports exercise intensity and exercise load.(4)in the process of teaching,more to teaching students the normal knowledge and skills of sports,to stimulate students' higher level sports exercise with high intensity of desire.(5)the school should provide sports policy for students the use of the site facilities,supervision and technical guidance as appropriate.
