Objective: To understand the real life of smoking among male medical students,and to expose the essence of experience and the rationality hidden in experienceof smoking behavior.To provide a theoretical basis for helping smokers choose healthy behavior patterns and creating university smoke-free campuses.Methods: The sampling method selected from different grades,different professional smoking boys in-depth interviews in January 2016 to in May2016 in the medical school.The sample is saturated with data.Results: ??The concept of smoking qualitative research 1.1 Social factors The results of the study show that the influence of social factors is the initial factor in the smoking behavior of medical boys exposed to cigarettes.Four themes were extraced: herd behavior,psychological stress,social needs and accompanying behavior.1.2 Benefits of behavior Some boys like to smoke in the campus will be more compelling.state,24 boys to smoke as their leisure time pastime in a boring University life.19 boys said smoking would help to relax.1.3 Addiction Most of the boys thought they were addicted in the interview,and smoking had become a habit as an indispensable part of life,and most of them thought they were dependent on cigarettes.2.Awareness of smoking effects 2.1 The awareness of smoking to health The study found that all smoking boys agree that smoking is harmful to health.They experience the health effects of smoking from the people who smoke.Most of the smoking boys are not concerned about the health of their own health hazards,more care is to protect the people around from secondhand smoke hazards.2.2 The awareness of health impact from the mass media In addition to medical students through the medical expertise,as well as books,networks,television,advertising and other media that the impact of smoking on health,awareness of the potential health risks and potential risks of smoking in the personal subjective.2.3 Misunderstanding of health effects on smoking Most respondents were mistakenly aware that they were not serious about smoking,low frequency of smoking,and were not addicted to it,smoking had no effect on their own body,and that incorrect cognition kept them from smoking.A small number of boys believe that they have the right to dominate because the body belongs to themselves.3.Consciousness and cognition of relevance in the future 3.1 Negative and questioned The study found that the risk occurred in their own body is very small,feel lucky psychological.To weaken the perception of the risk of smoking use self-comforting ways.Smoking boys believe that they can avoid the potential risks from the amount of smoking in a certain range.3.2 Worried and feared Some smoking boys are very worried about the potential health hazards of smoking.They feel feared the potential health risks of smoking when think the disease experience of around people.3.3 Sense of family responsibility Most smokers take the relevance of smoking and future families into account.They will have their own family in future,and should bear the responsibility of the family as a father's role.3.4 Sense of professional responsibility Part of the smoking boys believe that should reduce the damage to the patient's health as a professional ethics requirements.Medical workers should be set an example in front of patients,establish a good personal career image.4.Awareness of life values 4.1 Fearless A small number of boys were against the old mentality,ignore or overestimate their physical condition,thus underestimating the risk of smoking.4.2 Carpe diem College students are still in the stage of youth's life,some of the interviewees did not consider the relevance of smoking and personal future,which the future life is still far away,so did not care the potential risks in the future.They think they should live in the moment to enjoy life.4.3 Self-abandonment Interview found that a small number of boys feel old age,self-social value reduction.The elderly will bring a burden on society,so they are listening to life-long life,do the values of personnel.??A qualitative study on the influence of smoke-free environmental policy 1.Reduce smoking behavior1.1 Policy constraints The results of the study show they think should abide by the rules of the school as students.Smokefree environmental policies impose extrinsic constraints on smokers' smoking behavior as a personal code of conduct.1.2 Sense of subjective responsibility Most of the respondents to reduce smoking behavior is derived from the subjective sense of morality.2.No effect on behavior 2.1 The lack of publicity on smoke-free environmental policy Most students do not know the tobacco control policy.there is no deep visual impression to carry out tobacco control activities in college,without any warning the individual's smoking.2.2 The lack of powerful implementation and supervision Most students in the study believe that the school does not pay attention to policy.Without enough implementation and supervision,the individual's smoking behavior will not have an impact.Tobacco control measures has no influence on smoking because of a single form.2.3 Without severe punishment All of them hold the country's tobacco control did not rise to the legal level.They dare to break the law if it is severely punished.there is no severe punishment and the corresponding penalties in school's tobacco control.Conclusion: 1.The awareness of health effects is a driving force for smoking behavior.2.The concept of life price is the subjective internal control factor of smoking behavior.3.The main factors in the maintenance of smoking behavior are the experience of personal smoking experience and the future relevance concept of smoking.4.The smoke-free environmental policy is only an objective constraint on the students,and does not substantially affect the smoking behavior.
