| Educational informatization policy plays an important role in the application and development of educational informatization.In the process of making educational informatization policy,it’s necessary to consider not only the complex social factors,but also the changes brought by Internet technology.However,the current research on the influencing factors and path of educational informatization policy making is not clear.The research mainly focuses on two core issues:(1)what are the influencing factors in educational informatization policy making,(2)what kind of influencing path can these factors combine into.Through literature research and Delphi method,the influencing factor model of educational informatization policy is constructed.Then QCA(Qualitative Comparative Analysis)is used to do empirical research.In this process,the main work is to verify the effectiveness of the influencing factors using the case of educational informatization policy,and summarize the influence path.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the research combs the relevant theories and research results,and preliminarily extracts a lot of influencing factors of educational informatization policy making.9 influencing factors were reported by Delphi method.In view of the above,the model of influencing factors of educational informatization policy making was obtained.Secondly,46 educational informatization policy cases are selected.Taking the formulation of educational informatization policy as the result variable and the influencing factors in the model as the cause variable,necessary condition analysis and condition combination analysis are carried out by QCA,and the stability of the results is tested.Finally,by sorting out the results of calculation and returning to the case,the influencing path of educational informatization policy is summarized into five types. |
