| The purpose of teaching research is to solve the problems in teaching,to promote the professional development of teachers,and to develop students.The further development of the new curriculum reform poses a severe challenge to the teachers’ quality,especially for the teachers in the countryside.Because of their relatively remote geographical location,therefore,they are not conducive to access to advanced educational concepts and teaching methods,which not only affects the professional development of teachers,but also hinders the progress of students.In this study,junior high school language teaching and research activities as a research topic has been put forward.The author want to know which ways can improve the effectiveness of Chinese teaching and research activities through the investigation and study.In this study,the author selects some junior middle schools in rural areas of Handan County,Hebei Province as the research object,and then uses the questionnaire and interview method to study and analyze it.This research focuses on four aspects: the system of Chinese teaching and research activities,the form of teaching and research activities,the content of teaching and research activities,and the Chinese teachers’ understanding and practice of teaching and research activities.According to the survey results,The existing problems in the rural teaching activities include Chinese teaching and research activities insufficient;single form,vague content and Chinese teaching and research group research lacking of leadership.In addition,Chinese teachers’ cognition and practice are out of touch.The author aims to improving the effectiveness of the teaching and research activities of junior high school Chinese teachers in Y County,the author puts forward some suggestions and measures from the following aspects:(1)The school should make clear and specific language teaching and research programs;(2)The forms of Chinese teaching and research activities should be rich : first of all,the school should enrich the form of language teaching and research activities with the help of the Internet;secondly,the high school teaching and research should be adjacent;(3)The content of the Chinese language teaching and research activities of the school should be included: Firstly,expanding the topic of open class of Chinese teachers;secondly,clearing the process of Chinese teaching and research activities;(4)The selection and establishment of Chinese teaching and research group leaders should be cautious;(5)The construction of rural junior high school language teachers should be strengthened.First of all,teachers should carry out regular training and learning;secondly,they also should pay attention to the cultivation of Chinese language teachers;third,the evaluation and supervision mechanism of Chinese teachers should be improved;(6)Chinese teachers should pay attention to their professional development.Firstly,their own professional development and research ability should be promoted;secondly,the teaching and research teaching should be combined efficiently. |
