The Research Of University Financial Risk Evalution Index System

In recent ten years,Chinese education has transfer from elite stage to public stage.The enrollment rate in higher education has reached 40%in 2015.At the same time,the financial demand grow quickly,the fund shortage result in the growth of loan.That means the high school financial management has transfer from tradition model without risk to a new model fill with risks.So the most important problem is to make an accurate and reasonable evaluation to financial system in higher education.The development of college itself and country policies has made financial channels become diversified.The investigation of college is just aim at building basic facilities,the loan risks will also appear when the income declined,so the investigation model should be changed.This paper will emphasis on current situation of university finance.It includes a series problems like investigation models financial system and so on.At the same,this paper will also make an evaluation system and analyze the university financial risks,according to those risks the paper will give some reasonable suggestions.On the one hand the government will pay more attention to university financial risk.On the other hand,it will also make university financial system complete and avoid the financial risks.In this way the financial risks will also be declined.This paper will firstly concentrate on the research background of university finance,from this part the problems of financial risks will appear.After analyzing the reasons of university financial risks,the paper will make an evaluation system.By using empirical research,we make a comparison between two universities.According to the result of analysis and evaluation,we give some reasonable suggestions to government and universities.
